Ralph Bartolome is the President and CEO of ARA Business Corp. which runs and operates as Pochi Bubble Tea Cafe. He is also a co-founder of A Stroke of Brilliance Painting Co. and SkywardRoots Consultting LLC. Having a deep desire to understand individuals and their mission, Ralph is able to develop unique strategies that compliment our client's needs. Through his experience in digital marketing and business development, Ralph has been able to triple the revenue flow of Pochi in less than four years. With a keen desire for progress and growth, Ralph is driven to generate longterm sustainable results.
Malyn N. Bartolome
Branding and Operations Specialist
Malyn is the Store and Operations Manager at Pochi Bubble Tea Cafe. She continually develops and implements operational processes to maximize and improve efficiency. She believes that operating with honesty and integrity plays a vital role in the success of a business. Malyn utilizes her background in retail and operations along with her dedication to brand cohesiveness and business ethics to create strategies that best suit our client's mission and goals. Malyn is also passionate about cultivating a positive culture in the company through relationships with employees. In her free time, you can find her playing with her two dogs, Kimiko and Sadie.
Amanda Bloomquist
Sr. Accounts Manager
Amanda Bloomquist is the Accounts manager at SkywardRoots Consulting LLC. She has worked with many brands on producing and developing their social media content creation over the years. She studied business in college and is continuing her education in modern day marketing strategies. Amanda applies her experiences in travel to better understand cultural shifts that provide added value through a deeper understanding of our client's customer demographic and psychographic. Her success in our team is in large part due to her dedication and drive to create work she is proud of.
Josh Laquian
Content Creator
Josh Laquian is the content creator for SkywardRoots Consulting LLC. Josh picked up his love for photography during 2015 and has built a reputation of a lifestyle photographer. He has a passion for capturing moments of people in real life situations. With a lot of hard work and grit, Josh began showcasing West Coast dancers on social media through his lens, which eventually opened the door to a partnership with Bboy Network, a large platform Media Production company. He prides himself of being authentic and original. Josh is now looking to break boundaries to grow as a content creator for himself, his family, and SkywardRoots Consulting.
Jaron Zachariah
Video Producer
Jaron Zachariah is the Video Producer for SkywardRoots Consulting LLC. While he specializes in the art of videography, he professionally shoots videos for his audience and his clients, and generally anything that catches his eye. Now, Jaron is able to utilize his skills working with businesses, artists, and social media influencers. Jaron's original work is captured with his Sony A7iii. Aside from videos, Jaron loves to dance with his peers weight-lift at LA Fitness, read self-help books, and laugh at his own jokes. As Jaron continues to master his craft, his main focus with SkywardRoots Consulting is producing innovative videos that will turn viewers into fans.
